HOW TO BUY
Browse our website and choose your desired items and then drop email to
sales@ibenma.com.sg or call us to check the stock and arrange the delivery date. Or you can visit us showroom to choose your desired products in person.

PRICING
All prices are Listed in Singapore Dollars with GST inclusive and all delivery are within Singapore. Please kindly indicate your shipping destination upon your enquiry for quotation.

DELIVERY
Some items may be out of stock, in this case we will inform you to cancel or modify your order as per your consideration.
Free local delivery only  for SGD$500/+, otherwise SGD$60 applied. Free local delivery is only available from 10am to 6pm on weekdays. Surcharge S$80 will be applicable for Saturday delivery. Please kindly noted that No Delivery on Sunday and public holiday. 

Customers need to take responsibilities to shift, dismantle or dispose your old furniture prior to delivery and assembly. There is no disposal service available from us. 
Any delivery address without lifts will be applicable for additional surcharge S$30 per floor per delivery.

If no one is at home to receive the goods when our contractor reaches your place according to confirmed schedule, please contact showroom to re-arrange a delivery date and please note that additional extra delivery surcharges will be incurred.

We will try to follow your delivery time slot without any assurance upon traffic, weather conditions etc.
If you want to deliver to outside Singapore, please contact us for arrangement.

We may provide assembly service upon customer request, but Ibenma shall not be liable for any losses or damages (including without limitation consequential loss or damage) whatever from transportation, assembly or related activities.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
All our items are checked exactly for damage before delivery, if anything is found to be damaged or faulty, please inform our staff immediately and we can arrange to exchange or repair the item for you. 
Please notes strictly no change and no refund for promotional items and display set .

CANCELLING AN ORDER
Please choose carefully and usually we do not accept refunds request if you simply change your idea or make wrong decision.
A 10% cancellation fee of total price will be applicable if cancellation request is received before delivery. we do not accept refund request after order is delivered  and assembled.

WARRANTY
IBENMA is aim to deliver the highest quality and reliable products to our customer.
All bed frames come with one year warranty against manufacturing defects, but please note that the warranty does not apply to dent and paint finish caused by knocks,wear,burn and tear or any other misuse. 
IBENMA shall not be liable for any damages for any reconfiguration or modification by third party and/or customers and warranty would be void accordingly. 

According to full solid wood characteristics, hair crack may occur during normal use is not regarded as defects if it will not cause any stability issue. Mattress cover is not included in any warranty. Please contact us within 7 days to return or exchange the faulty items;items can not be replaced/returned due to misuse or personal hygiene products.Returned items must include all original package and accessories.warranty exclude promotional items or specailly indicated items such as display set,warehouse clearance etc.
